Inspiration for the piece:

As the sun rises, the stones of the river reflects brown and gold. A distant crunching of bushes suggests a bear looking for its breakfast. The gleaming water suggest the gold and brown enamel used, paired with white jade and wooden cubes.

Where it’s been:

Twin Falls State Park: After many days of sunshine, the river has dropped to its summer low – shallow, but still icy cold. The gold triangle studs fit tightly into a piece of driftwood lying on the river bank. Just above, it seems that the bears are about to step out of their frames and cross the river.
